Alsatian Rasberry Eau-de-Vie

TASTING

Appearance: translucent and brilliant with sparkling glints and beautiful tears.

Nose: soft, with an intense captivating aroma of well-ripened raspberries, lightly stewed.

Palate: smooth and refined with an intense aroma of raspberries and a fabulous long finish.

Alsatian Raspberry eau-de-vie is obtained by the maceration and double distilling of raspberries coming exclusively from Alsace. Aging 8 years minimum in Dame Jeanne (glass bottle), which gives it more roundness and suppleness.

KIRSCH (CHERRY) EAU-DE-VIE

Nose: soft with a sustained aroma of very ripe black cherries and a slight hint of the cherry kernel.

Palate: smooth and elegant with a beautiful aromatic finesse. A full final impression of very ripe cherries and a slight lingering hint of kernel.

Alsatian Kirsch eau-de-vie is one of the oldest since its origins go back to the seventeenth century. It is obtained by the double distillation of black cherries from Westhoffen in Alsace. Aging 8 years minimum in Dame Jeanne (glass bottle), which gives it more roundness and suppleness.

ALSATIAN GEWURZTRAMINER MARC

Nose: soft, with a rich intense bouquet which is the characteristic of this elegant Gewurztraminer grape variety.

Palate: smooth on intensive notes of a beautiful aromatic complexity, a mixture of woody, spicy and fruity aromas with hints of cocoa beans, litchees and very ripe grapes. A final fullness with a splendid long finish.

Nose: mild with elegant, intense aromas, characteristic of very ripe Williams pears

Palate: smooth, with an incomparably intense fruity taste, we can notice the typical granular aspect of the perfectly ripe and juicy Williams pear. An impressive final taste with a long lingering finish.

Williams Pear eau-de-vie is obtained by the double distillation of these pears harvested in the Rhone Valley by a partner who is a small producer. ALSATIAN QUETSCH EAU-DE-VIE

Nose: a warm generous fragrance, characteristic of the lightly stewed, very ripe quetsch, with an aroma of cinnamon and almond.

Palate: velvety, delicate and intense, reminiscent of the stewed apples with cinnamon our grand-mother used to make. A great final taste with an admirable long finish with a hint of kernel.

Appearance: slightly golden (after some time in a cask) and brilliant with sparkling glints and beautiful tears.

Nose: smooth, a warm convivial fragrance with delicate hints of almond.

Palate: full and elegant with a beautiful intense aroma of very ripe stewed plums and quetsch. A long, generous finish with slight hint of kernel.
