TASTING<\/h3>\n

Appearance:<\/strong> a coppery brilliance with sparkling glints and beautiful tears.<\/p>\n

Nose:<\/strong> a real explosion of aromas, rich and expressive, characterize this famous grape, the Gewurztraminer.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong> intense notes of a beautiful aromatic complexity, a mix of woody, spicy and fruity aromas with hints of cocoa bean, litchee and very ripe grapes.<\/p>\n

And finally a beautiful long finish !<\/p>\n

DISTILLATION AND AGING<\/h3>\n

It is obtained by the double distillation of a late harvest Gewurztraminer Marc, an emblematic grape variety of our region. This Late Harvest Alsatian Gewurztraminer Marc is 1992 vintage.<\/p>\n

THE ART OF TASTING, MAKE YOUR SENSES COME ALIVE<\/h3>\n

Drinking this brandy is a real ceremony.<\/p>\n

It all begins with choosing a glass. Select preferably a tulip-shaped glass, which will allow the eau-de-vie to express all its qualities.<\/p>\n

Then pour 2 to 3 cl of eau-de-vie into the glass.Serve Alsatian Gewurztraminer Marc at a temperature of 8 to 9 degrees in a suitable glass, admire the copper colour with its shimmering sparkle produced by the tears that appear on the glass,\u00a0and let yourself be intoxicated by the fragrance of the almost crystallized ripe grape, enhanced by notes of cocoa<\/p>\n

It will reveal magnificently all its quintessence, all its aromas, and the pleasure will be intense.<\/p>\n

TASTING SUGGESTION<\/h3>\n

As a digestive, this exceptional eau-de-vie should be drunk preferably at room temperature after a good gastronomic meal.<\/p>\n
